Who We Are:

Jeff & Dawn Mullins are expat Australian's who now reside in Tulamben, Bali. 

We have been visiting Bali and the Tulamben area regularly since 1980. Jeff has been photographing Bali's marine life for over 25 years and has written many feature articles for dive publications around the World about Bali since 1988, in short - we have fallen in love with Bali, its people and its underwater wonders.
In 2004 we purchased a property near Tulamben, to facilitate further exploration of the many dive sites that we knew existed around the area. We have so far found many dive sites that are not on the normal dive tourism route, and we know there are still many more to be discovered.

Our specialty is personally guiding small groups of photographers or divers interested in critters and rare marine life around Tulamben and surrounding areas. Jeff offers one on one instruction in digital underwater photography and in the use of Adobe Photoshop, the imaging industry's standard editing program for digital photography - including the finer art of Raw Image editing. We have download facilities for digital camera's as well as viewing of images on computer and the ability to 'burn' images to CD or DVD.
We can organise land tours of the area and shopping excursions, as well as visits to the local market - this is a real cultural experience. We are also able to arrange a private Balinese massage after a hard days diving.
We can book you into any of the small hotels in the Tulamben area, from basic fan cooled economy rooms through to air-conditioned luxury. We know each of the hotels and can recommend the best for your needs. We can arrange private pick-up for guests from the Airport (or anywhere on Bali) and bring them directly to Tulamben.
