- Timo Unseld - Germany (Nikon D60)
I must say, it was a wise decision doing this course! With
his profound knowledge of taking pictures underwater he helps his
students to get a lot more out of the camera.
Jeff and Dawn took us to some special spots where we enjoyed
unspoiled diving. While Dawn kept her eyes on spotting various
creatures, I could easily improve my skills with Jeff´s
support..........

My first exposure to Jeff was on none other than a scuba message board. Someone had written that they'd taken a course of photo instruction from Jeff and they were very pleased. They said it was well worth the money spent. That was enough for me.........

I went from shooting pictures that not even my mother could
pretend to like, to being able to handle my rig with the proper
understanding of how to shoot well lit, well composed images. From
then on, I was hooked.
Within a year I upgraded to a dSLR and began working for one of
the largest underwater photography websites DivePhotoGuide.........

After the dive, my dad looked at my pictures and compared it to the pictures I took the day before. And he was really impressed; he said that it was unbelievable. I also found a big difference between those pictures, and it’s all thanks to Jeff and Dawn.........

His ability in
understanding the camera as well as the student is amazing. His guidance
during the first dive, while fumbling with my camera and controls will always
help me in my endeavour to become a better photographer.......

Jeff knew the camera backwards. Having him show me how the many
functions work and his advice on settings proved far more useful than
the many hours I'd spent reading through manuals and books. His
comments and advice were always encouraging and he demonstrated the
magic that can be achieved with Adobe Photoshop.........
